I really like the phone mount. I did have two screws that go through the vibration dampers fall out and a third was loose. Luckily I noticed before it came all the way off the bracket and it fell onto the road. If I could get some new screws I would be happy to start using the mount again.

Road for 3 days in Arkansas. About 250 miles per day. Even rode a BAD dirt road for 10 miles. the mount worked great. Stayed where I put it and could read my map on my phone all the time. Only thing is on my phone I couldn't use the camera. The mount is blocking the lens. but it works great

I ordered a phone mount as a gift. When gift was received, all the parts were not in the box. I tried to contact Ryder twice via email for a return or refund. NO RESPONSE. I reordered through Amazon and received the whole package in tact but out of my money from the first order. If you want to buy, go through Amazon. Product nice, Rydex the company service SUCkS!

Decent mount but wish it was larger for new phones. I have a s25 Ultra and it is inches too small for it to fit.
So far I only found the Tackform will fit the phone but unfortunately I didn't have the vibration dampener on the mount wrecking my camera

I have sent you several emails, asking why the rydex x3 is order is not the same as what was advertised, the one i got does not have the safety lock on the back like advertised, and not that it really matters but the rubber where the phone mounts is black instead of read like advertised.

I've used mine on my bagger for a year now. No complaints, it works great. I've rode over 10,000 miles with it and no issues other than I had to tighten the screws on the back once and that was it.
