It’s okay. I tried to contact via email about it but haven’t heard back. Mine has a issue where the one leg thing is longer then the other and doesn’t close on my phone properly making it plop out. Not sure if they are all this like or I got a messed up one.

Quick purchase, wonderful product, meh on shipping time. I have quad lock on my other two motorcycles, but saw an ad for Rydex on Facebook and gave it a shot for the price. Great product and would definitely buy more. I live in Dayton, OH and they are based in Ohio. Figured it would take just a few days from ordering to delivery. Took well over a week, and the tracking info was always lagging or inaccurate.

I had my doubts BUT this product exceeds my expectations!!!! I rode my HD Trike with it, on a bumpy road at 40-50miles an hr and I've been on the highway at 70miles an hr with strong winds.
